Monday Motivation

Hello Everyone!

I hope that you all had a lovely weekend. Happy Belated Mother’s Day to all my readers who have taken on the wonderful role of being a mom, in whatever capacity that may be.  🙂 I am in a good mood today so I want to share that with you all, like I try to do every Monday. Today’s post is simple and sweet:


“Don’t worry be happy”


 

Don’t sweat the small stuff, life is way to short. What does worrying accomplish? In short…nothing, so why even do it. Why stress yourself out over things you can’t change? If there is absolutely nothing you can do immediately about a situation, take a breath, make a plan, then execute it. Stress is not good for your mental or physical health, and last time I checked it does not resolve any of your problems.

So instead of worrying fix what you can and smile about the rest. It will all work out in due time 🙂 I hope that you have a blessed rest of the week and I hope this post has encouraged you, or maybe someone you know. Until next time…
